Ntse means National Talent Search Exam which is conducted to give scholarships to the students who are highly taled as government will provide them scholarships as cutoff marks will be based on category and resevations and no.of seats available for the candidates, no.of candidates appeared for the exam

Well, there is nothing such mentioned / announced regarding the delay of NTSE stage 2 national level exam. It will be conducted on 10th May, 2020 (if doesn't extends).

NTSE paper comprises of 40% of Social science , so it become very important to crack Social with good marks.
For stage 1 , the state board’s textbooks for History & Civics and Geography are important.
And for stage 2 , books of NCERT Class IX &
