can i re edit my college preference in npat form? and if yes how ?

Shja 30th Jun, 2021
Dear Aspirant,
If you have already submitted your NPAT application form then you can not change your preferences. You can add a school/program or you can change the date of examination but that too is possible only till a certain deadline. I suggest you to explore official Website. May be you can change your preferences at the time of counseling. There are some helpline numbers available also.
You can check out a link: https://nmimsnpat.in/faqs.php#:~:text=Can%20the%20form%20be%20edited,till%207th%20May%202020 .

Hope this Helps!

Hello Yashvi,

NMIMS Mumbai is one of the most prestigious private institutions and CS & IT is the most admired courses by various aspirants.

i have a npat merit number of 3400 i got selected to apply for NMIMS banglore do i have a chance of getting a seat

Akshita Dhiman 26th Jul, 2021

Hello aspirant,

Firstly, congratulations on your result!

You have a pretty good rank. Now whether you'll be able to bag a seat is very tough to predict. There is no standard cut-off set by NMIMS. The scenario varies every year. It all depends on which campus you're applying to and the respective branch.

Usually, most candidates opt for Mumbai and Bangalore campuses. So the competition is fierce. I however suggest applying, for the same and hope for the best.

what was the closing rank of nmims npat bsc finance 2020? What will be the expected cut off of bsc finance 2021?

Sonal Nimbriya 19th Jul, 2021

Hi there, hope you are fine!

Last year cut- off of NPAT was around 85-86.

The expected cut- off of this year is as far as 79-84.

But it may change, because many factors affect the cut-off. The factors are:

1)The difficulty level of NPAT Question Paper

2)The number of students who appeared for the exam

3)The number of students who applied for the exam

4)Number of seats available

5)Previous year cut off marks trend

Stay safe. All the very best!!

What is the NPAT cut off to make it into Sarla Anil Modi School of Economics?

Akshita Dhiman 7th Jul, 2021
Hi there ,

It is highly unlikely to predict the cut-off as of now as no previous cut-off rankings are available online. Also, NMIMS holds the sole discretion of the cut-off ranks. Hence, No assurance regarding cut-offs can be given as of now.

A rank less than 300 should work in your favor. The better you score, the higher your chance of getting a seat. Because in the end candidates who have a better rank will be alloted their preference which will decrease the chance of other candidates.

does npat include psychology courses? or how does the admission process goes for undergraduate psychology courses in nmims??

Shja 19th Jun, 2021
Dear Aspirant,
NMIMS has introduced BSc programme in applied psychology in September 2020. It's a 3 year course. There are total 40 seats available in this course. Any student who has passed his/her 12th class exam with a minimum of 60% aggregate scores is eligible for studying this course.
There are 2 stages of selection process. In stage 1 all the eligible students need to appear for a written test at NMIMS campus in Mumbai. Those who will be shortlisted in stage 1 will move to the stage 2. Stage 2 is basically a personal interview round. After that based on the performance of the student's in Stages 1 and 2, a composite merit list will be prepared.
If a student manages to be on that merit list he/she will be offered admission to the course.

Hope this Helps!
