can you please tell me that for selection in Ncc how much time is given for running and how much kilometres does the race done

As per the tag, please specify whether you are asking about the NCC special entry in SSB interview or the normal selection of cadets in NCC at different colleges and institutes. In schools and colleges, selections are done based on written paper and some physical activities including your height, eyesight and the other necessary requirements. For SSB, you need to train well. Just running will not work. You need to practice obstacle training, do strength training and all to be preparing for it. Please specify to get detailed information.
