Here are best colleges for Aerospace Engineering with NCC Air Wing:
IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur
IIST (Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology)

Mahendra Engineering College (Tamil Nadu)
Very few top aerospace colleges have a dedicated NCC Air Wing, so choose a strong aerospace college first and then check if their NCC unit includes Air Wing.

Yes, joining NCC (National Cadet Corps) is a very good option for you, especially as a civil engineering diploma student. It helps build discipline, leadership, physical fitness, and teamwork skills, and also adds extra weightage if you plan to appear for defense, government, or PSU jobs later.
Since your college doesn’t have an NCC unit, don’t worry, you can still join as an open candidate . Here’s what you can do:
Visit the nearest college or institution that has an NCC unit (Army, Navy, or Air Wing).
Meet the NCC Officer (ANO) or visit the nearest NCC Battalion headquarters in your district.
Ask to register as an open cadet under that unit.
Submit your 10th marksheet, ID proof, and medical certificate if required.
So yes, joining NCC is definitely worth it. You just need to apply through a nearby college or NCC battalion office since your own college doesn’t have it.
Hope you understand.
To join Air Wing NCC in Patna, get admission to a college with an NCC Air Wing unit (like A.N. College or Patna University). After that, meet the NCC Officer, fill out the form, and clear the fitness test and interview. Selection depends on merit and seats. NCC helps in defense and government careers later.
Here are some colleges in India that have an active NCC (National Cadet Corps) unit:

Hope it helps !
Hello
You can continue doing NCC along with many different courses. Most students combine NCC with their regular studies, like 12th board, graduation, or diploma courses. Courses like B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., or even professional courses can be done while doing NCC. NCC doesn’t usually interfere with your studies if you manage your time well. You can also pursue short-term skill courses or certifications alongside NCC. It’s a great way to build discipline while continuing your education. Just make sure to balance both to perform well in studies and NCC activities.
Hello Manish
With 2,00,000 rank in NEET UG, even with a NCC C Certificate, it is very unlikely to get an MBBS seat in a Government Medical College (GMC) in India.
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) C Certificate does provide reservation and quota benefit in some states but the number of seats are extremely limited and usually gets filled under 70,000 rank.
Thank You!!!
Hello Nidhi,
After submission of your NCC online enrolment form, you can no longer edit it directly. You must contact your respective NCC unit or your colleges NCC officer immediately. Provide your correct pin code, your college details, with evidence if possible, and ask them to edit your form in their system. They may suggest that you can fill in a correction request, or perhaps re-apply.
Hello Aspirant,
Yes, having an NCC 'A' Certificate can be a very good thing during NEET counseling, but it will not directly add any grace marks to your NEET score. In Telangana, the NCC certificate is considered under the special category reservations during counseling, and it is only applicable for state quota seats in government colleges.
If you happen to apply in the NCC category, make sure to select it while filling out the application form and upload the certificate. Specific seats are reserved for NCC candidates by state norms and this certificate can put you in priority for allotment procedure, but once again no additional marks will crystalize in your NEET score.
Hello aspirant,
As long as you are enrolled in classes, you are eligible to enlist in the National Cadet Corps (NCC) during your first year of graduation from the College of Basic Science and Humanities. College students and other students in the Senior Division up to the age of 26 are typically eligible to enroll in NCC.
Thank you
