Refering ncert for JEE mains will be absolutely correct but if you are targeting JEE advanced then you have to refer more material along with NCERT as Ncert will not be able to cover the competitive level questions and concepts like you will not be able to study about

Yes , 11th and 12th NCERTs are good for Inorganic chemistry ,the whole chemistry NCERT class 11 and 12 book is good enough for JEE mains,NEET and class 11 and 12 boards.

YES, we can qualify the MPC EAMCET exam with the help of NCERT books but as the competition is increasing day by day it's necessary to get a good rank . If you are trying for good marks I would suggest you to go through the FASTTRACK
