Yes dear, NCERT Biology book is sufficient for you  for your NEET examination .

This is because,

In your NEET Biology section almost 95% or more of the questions are from the concepts of NCERT. NCERT biology is not less than a bible for neet examination.

The mega test series of careerorbits ncert is relevant and good but not enough as only solving test series not enough.I recommend you to try solving as much questions as possible from mock test papers and solve the previous year papers as well for better understanding of the concepts

If it's chemistry I would say ncert should be enough ( though it would be wise if u study organic from a different bookin addition to ncert ).

Maths is more of a practice based subject, so practice from different books (including the ones for iit).
