Yes. You can refer NCERT for JEE MAINS for all units. It will prove beneficial for you.

It's recommended that you read and revise INORGANIC from NCERT. Also, you should remember all the reactions present in NCERT for Organic Chemistry.

No,i t is not enough to score 120+. By only studying ncert you can score around 70 marks.NCERT is just the basic concepts and formulae and the questions are subjective oriented. While, in AP EAMCET it is all about how quickly you solve the objective questions.
