You have mistakenly filled CBSE BOARD 12th Instead of NIOS. This is a simple mistake and you can correct it if the correction window is opened Still.. As your information the correction window of that form has been closed down so there is no way to correct your mistakes for appearing this examination of National council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology was formed by the government of India in the year of 1982.

Don't worry your form would not be cancelled.
See even if you have filled the wrong board it won't create any issue because private candidates as well as NIOS candidates both are eligible to appear for NCHMCT JEE 2021.
And as we know that correction window is already closed for NCHMCT JEE 2021 on July 11th 2021 so now any correction cannot be made and as you have mentioned the wrong board so this would not create any major problem but you should contact to the authorities regarding this issue and they would help you with this issue much appropriately and if they are not receiving the call you should leave an e-mail at least so that you will have some reference for future purposes.

As the correction window was already closed on July 11, 2021 you cannot make changes beyond the last date. Your candidature may not be cancelled since it is a minor mistake. If all other details given in the application form are correct you will not face any problem while applying for admission.

If you have filled the category as general for the respective entrance examination and has not made the required changes even during the opening of the correction window, then, maybe the authorities may deprive you of availing the respective category during the counselling. However, if possible you can make aware the concerned authorities regarding the issue faced by you and you can contact them directly for any sort of help.
According to previous year, the cut off for IHM Pusa, Delhi in NCHMCT JEE 2020 was opening rank (OR) - 337 and closing rank (CR) - 2726 for SC category in round 1.

After you have received the result for NCHMCT JEE 2021 , a rank will be alloted to you. Aspirants are offered admission at 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 19 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management, 1 Public Sector Undertaking, 14 Private Institutes of Hotel Management and 9 Food Craft Institutes that are affiliated to NCHMCT. the, opening and closing ranks are issued by these participating institutes to accept admissions.
To apply for admission, you need to first apply for counselling procedure which will start soon, there will be three rounds for seat allotment. Seats will be alloted on the basis of score, rank and category (reserved/unreserved).There will two options at the time of counselling: " freeze" or " float" . Making use of these two options, you need to select the seat and confirm the admission by paying the fee to college.
