On first step:- You have to visit your institute campus to collect recognition letter and apply for affiliation letter.

On 2nd step:- You have to visit NCTE headquaters to collect it. Visit the official webpage of NCTE and apply for it providing necessary documents.

the basic eligibility criteria for the IGNOU B.Ed entrance exam is candidate must have secured 50 percent marks at their graduation level or at postgraduation level in science/social science/ commerce/humanities and B.E (bachelor of engineering)/B.Tech(bachelor of technology) with specialization on science and mathematics with aggregate of 55 percent marks, there is relaxation of 5 percent for reserved candidates

apart of all this candidate should belong to trained in-service in elementary education or completion of a NCTE recognised teacher education programme through face to face mode.

This is very important thing I would like to tell you that without completing your Bachelor's degree you cannot start your Master's degree program.

for any official work, You have to visit the campus. You have to meet the responsible authority and explain what you need and why?. Getting a approved letter from a board or organization is not easy in odd times.

You have to provide reason and prove then you will get approved to get any document.
