Yes, you can start preparing for NDA exam 2025 because the sooner the better but make sure that you are eligible for the NDA exam 2025. According to the NDA eligibility, only unmarried male and female aspirants aged between 16.5 – 19.5 are eligible to apply for the exam. Candidates who have passed and are appearing in Class 12 can apply for the NDA exam.

The NDA age limit for the 2024 aspirants must be between 16.5-19.5 years to apply for the exam. The candidate must have not been born earlier than 2 July 2004 and not later than 1 July 2007.
Since you are born on July 5, you are not eligible for the 2024 examination. However, you will be eligible for the 2025 examination. I would recommend you to wait a year and prepare for the examination.

In the formal notification, the commission refers to the NDA 2024 eligibility requirements. On December 20, 2023, the UPSC NDA 1 notification 2024 will be posted at upsc.gov.in. Age, nationality, academic standing, and physical standard are among the various criteria used to decide UPSC NDA eligibility in 2024. The NDA 2024 exam is open to female candidates as well. Candidates between the ages of 16.5 and 19.5 need have passed the 12th grade in order to be eligible for the NDA.
