how can i get rool number of neet 2018 i have registration number

Ayush Roy 9th Sep, 2021

Hello Korikana. As far as I know, it is currently not possible to get your roll number from 2018 NEET UG exam. Moreover, please note that NEET Score is valid for 1 year for applying for admission in Indian Medical Colleges. In case of application for Foreign Medical Colleges, that validity changes to 3 years . In other words, if you want to apply for admission to MBBS in Indian Medical Colleges, you have to attempt NEET UG 2021 as your NEET UG 2018 score is expired now.

Nevertheless, for the sake of answering your question, I will tell you how to get NEET UG roll number, if you have registration number.

You have to download your admit card again and get your roll number from it. To do that, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the NTA NEET official website: ntaneet.nic.in
  2. Click on the “Download Admit card” link flashing on the homepage (scroll down the bottom of the page)
  3. Enter the details as asked – application number, date of birth and then enter security pin.
  4. Click on the Submit button. It will redirect you to the NEET UG Admit card page.
  5. You may now download and have a print of the NEET hall ticket for counselling and admission process

I hope you have got your answer. If you have any more query, kindly post it in the forum.

Thank you and have a beautiful day!

if one gets alloted in first round of AIC in neet ug2021 can one wait to see the results of first round of state counselling?does first round of maharashtra state counselling starts before last day of college admission for FR of AIC?

ginnisachdeva02_9364270 Student Expert 30th Jan, 2021

Hey!

First round of All India counselling of NEET is over by 19th November 2020 which was the last day to report to the allotted colleges in first round of All India 2020 Neet counselling. And Maharashtra 2020 NEET counselling started on November 5th 2020 (registration).  reporting to allotted institute was by 18th December 2020. So, as per the information if you would have waited for state level counselling result then you must have lost the All India counselling seat.

Hope I answered your query, thankyou!

validation of neet 2018 anybody plzz

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 20th Jan, 2021

Hi

Marks obtained by you in neet is valid for 3 years but only for taking admission MBBS abroad and not for taking admission in India.

So, if you had passed your Neet in 2018 then your marks was valid for taking admission in abroad for the year 2018,2019 and 2020

For  admission in India marks obtained by you in neet is valid for only one year i.e it is valid only the year in which you attempt the exam.
So, if you had passed your Neet in 2018 then your marks was valid for taking admission in 2018 only in India.

But,
don't worry you can still appear in NEET and get admission in  medical college after qualifying it on the basis of marks or Rank obtained by you in NEET.

This is because,

There is no attempt limit for Neet  examination.

You can check Neet 2021 eligibility criteria provided below

Neet 2021 eligibility  criteria says that, to be eligible  one must be either appearing for the class 12th board examination 2021 or one must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

-) at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

-) at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category

-)at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general/ews pwd candidates to be eligible.

Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempt/times one can appear in NEET.

Have neet 2018 a 3 years of validation.

Anurag Khanna 20th Jan, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

No, NEET result is only valid for the same year in which the candidate has appeared for NEET either it is NEET 2018 or any other session but in India and if you want to take admission in abroad then NEET Result is valid for three years so in you got your NEET result in 2018 then you were eligible for admission only in 2018, 2019 and 2020. But yes for getting admission in India there is no upper age limit so you can appear for NEET 2021 as well, provided that you must qualify the NEET 2021 eligibility criteria which is described below :-

You can appear for NEET 2021 if you have passed your class 12th/PUC with Physics, Biology and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and also you should have your minimum aggregate of 50% separately in theory as well as practical part for Unreserved category, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD certificate holders. Also note that in your curriculum English subject should also be there.

As there is no upper age limit for NEET but there is minimum age limit for NEET which is 17 years which means that if you want to appear for NEET 2021 the you must have completed your 17 years on December 31st 2021, if all above eligibility criteria are fulfilled by you then you can appear for NEET UG 2021.

Im qualified neet 2018 ,can I joining the counciling 2020 is possible

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 24th Oct, 2020

Unfortunately no. Your NEET score is valid for 1 year if you want to study MBBS/BDS/Ayush/B.V.Sc in India. But if you want to study MBBS/BDS abroad, your NEET score is valid for 3 years and this rule has come into force from 2019. And so with your 2018 NEET score, you cannot participate in Counselling for the year 2020.
