Your All India Rank is 43248. In 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 38364 secured a seat in MBBS in AU region. That was the cut off. Now with an All India Rank of 43248, the chances are tad less for a seat in Government Medical College.

With 448 marks you can get BDS seat in private colleges in Maharashtra but fees in private colleges is high
