Hii,

Income certificate is required only if  you want to take advantage of reservation under EWS category of OBC-NCL( non creamy layer)

But if you don't want to take advantage of reservation or not belong to these category there is no need of income certificate

According to NEET qualifying cutoff this year, your marks should be minimum 465 or above, then only you will get a chance to take admission in a government college in India. You can predict the college for All India Quota seats and State Quota seats based on your marks,
