Scoring only 250 marks in neet may not help you in getting government bds/bams colleges even if you belong to a reserved category. For securing a seat in bds you must have scored atleast 480+ marks.

As you haven't mentioned you category so let me tell you that for getting a seat in bams college the aspirant must qualify neet exam with their respective category cutoff marks. Rest, if you want to know about the bams Gujarat college cutoff please refer to the
