You have not mentioned the category you belong to, so I am  assuming  you from general category

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students

15%of seats in veterinary are filled with neet rank

85%of seats in veterinary are filled under state quota that it with eamcet entrance exam.

In ap eamcet there are veterinary course, agriculture course, horticulture course, fishery sciences , food technology and bpharmacy.

With 321 marks you have less chance to get government medical college of bams in Maharashtra. You need to score minimum 400 plus marks to get government seat through state quota.  You have chance to get private bams college.
