Admission to BVSC GADVASU would be through NEET. Cut-off varies every year depending on a lot of things so it is difficult to say exactly.
For 2020 cut-off score for UR category could be around 701-134. For reserved category SC could be 133 to 107. SC-PH could be 119 to 107

Patna medical College and hospital is the best govt medical College of bihar to study medicine. That's why cut off are usually high for this even through state quota counselling.
So NEET 2020 cut off marks for PMCH ,PATNA was
OBC - Air 7971 and 532 marks
EBC - Air 7964 and 532 marks.
So if you want to get this college in obc category then your marks must be 625+ and all india rank below 8k.
