I think you should send it for reevaluation. However, for details, you have to go to NEET's official website. The fact is there are specific dates and conditions to apply for reevaluation and they differ quite a lot each year. Although as a safety measure  check your answersheet

Maximum number qualifying candidates who appeared in  neet 2020 are from Uttar Pradesh. Around 88,889 candidates qualified from Uttar Pradesh.

Maharashtra stands second in qualifying number of candidates , around 79,974 candidates qualified from Maharashtra. Third is Rajasthan with qualifying candidates 65,758
