200 is  very less score for a seat even in Ayush Courses. This is because, compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances.

Since you have not mentioned your state neither your category predicting colleges for you will be tough. As per your marks which is 492 getting government medical colleges through the 15% AIQ would be really tough for you. You can get into private medical colleges through the 85% state
