This answer is being written in the perspective of West Bengal's domicile as per your profile. Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict

As you have not mentioned your category, so by considering you as a general category candidate you cannot get government seats neither in mbbs nor in bds, however you can get seats by management quota. You can check out the cutoffs here:

If you belong to general category then with 129 marks you haven't qualified Neet as the cutoff lies within 720 to 147. If you belong to any reserved category then you have qualified and eligible for admission. Now 129 in Neet is not an appropriate score to get a college
