You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, the General Qualifying cut offs for 2020 have been as follows:

General Category/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129

With a score of 108, it is difficult for a seat in any course that conducts admission based on NEET score

Hey,

Last year the cut off for medical seat in ST category under 85% State Quota in Telangana was an overall rank of around 95404. So based on this, it is difficult for you to get a medical seat under 85% State Quota. You can get dental seat in Government

The cut off for OBC Category for NEET 2020 is 146-113. This applies to all those courses that take admission through NEET score. With a score of 149, unfortunately you just qualify in NEET and so cannot take admission even if it is a Private College. But if you have

Since you belong to Telangana, you can either apply for admission for MBBS at deemed universities through MCC, for 15% All India quota seats counselling or for Telangana 85% state quota seats. You cannot apply for Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling.
