Neet 2020 result is out and the qualifying cutoffs of this year are as follow-

UR/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129

SC, ST, OBC PwD: 128- 113

Now 81 score in Neet means you haven't qualified Neet even if you belong to any Reserved category. And

No you can't clear the cut off not in general category wise or through OBC category wise. Your state doesn't matter here.

Your home state only matters when you are sitting in the counselling session for securing seat in medical colleges.

Hi there,

It is quite difficult to give you the exact cut off for the colleges but the chances of government colleges at this rank is quite hard. You can try in deemed institutes or or the private institutes and also BDS in government institutes.

Dear Student,

This year NEET Cut-off for (SC/ST/OBC) for MBBS and BDS course is 146-113, which makes you qualified for both of the above courses. Although different Colleges have different marks requirements.You should use the college Predictor link at the end of this answer.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination
