Hello,

Sorry to say dear its very difficult to get government BDS college in this rank. You know this year cut-off marks will higher than previous year. So you have a minority certificate but you can't get government college dear. For government bds college you have to score minimum 450marks.

Yes of course, if you want to change your preferences or choices of college which you have made earlier for Round 1 then you can change it as per your convenience. Or you can also go through fresh registration if you have not registered earlier. Also note that

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination

Bonus marks are only allotted to the candidates where their attempted question:

  • is wrong
  • has multiple correct answers from amongst the options
  • doesn't have clarity

Hence, if the Board decides that there were any such questions in the paper, then Full Marks are awarded for that question to only those
