The NEET cutoff basically depends on number of seats available,number of applicants, the results scored in the exam, your AIQ rank or home state rank, difficulty level of the paper etc. It is difficult to say anything for sure , it also depends on the  state you belong

Yes definately you can score 650+ I'm NEET 2021 all it requires is hard work and dedication from your end. It's not impossible I guarantee if you develop pure dedication for it you will surely succeed and as you've said your Physics is poor so I would advise

The chances are quite low for any bonus questions. NEET answer key was already released by NTA in the last month. However there were 2 or 3 questions which were seemed to be doubtful, though the bonus marks are not yet decided.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination

So by observing the above data, there are chances you will get seat here but then cut off keeps varying  every year defending upon no of seats available,

You didn't mention your category, assuming UR, I am informing about the previous year trends for telangana state here:

The cut off range for government seats goes around 595 - 460. However,  for general category the cut off marks range under management or NRI quota is slightly lower.
