You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, in 2019 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 526

EWS:480

OBC: 503

SC:358

ST: 404

So if you belong to General Category/OBC/EWS, you might have a chance for a Government Quota seat in Private Medical

Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Andhra Pradesh according to your profile.

So on such marks and category you have no chances of getting government MBBS seat but yes you can get some of the private/management seats in private medical colleges according

In 2019, the cut off for General Category/EWS was 134-701. This is 50 percentile of the top NEET score. Now cut offs change every year but with a score of 100 you cannot qualify in NEET and so cannot take admission in MBBS/BDS/BAMS either anywhere in India or even abroad

With an All India Rank of 280000, your score is approximately within the range of 296-286. With this score, you cannot get a seat in Government Dental Colleges at All India Level or Government Dental Colleges of your State. Even a seat under Government Quota of a Private Dental College

Sorry to say but its difficult to get a government medical college with these score for an OBC candidate in Maharashtra.An OBC candidate requires atleast 560 and above marks in NEET exam to get admission in government medical college's of Maharashtra.
