371 is not good marks for government college of any category..
For government college, Atleast you need 550+ marks..

I am afraid to say that you will not get govt- MBBS BDS seat from both AIQ or state (delhi as per your profile) quota seat. Your marks is too low to get you govt college in your category. First round AIQ CUT OFF RANKS for your category
