In a couple of days, other Institutions also will release their Answer keys

If your sister has got 229 marks in neet and she belong to St category, she won't be able to get admission for mbbs program under all India and state qouta. This cannot be sure as cutoffs vary every year depending upon factors like difficulty level of examination
