I think it's impossible bcz my  friend got 631 but he can't get snmc in rajasthan first round councelling.. I think u Do not participate in Rajasthan counseling and take best college from AIQ... That's u can get any best mc...

Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are of general category. Based on previous year cut off, you can get Lord Budha Koshi Medical College Saharsa and Madhubani Medical College under 85% State Quota of Bihar.
