You haven't mentioned the State and Category you belong to. This is important because AIQ and State Quota has different cut offs for various Categories. It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination

Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. And for appearing for State  Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State. And

You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, in 2019 under State Quota, 574 marks were the cut off for General Category and 573 marks were the cut off for OBC. So if you belong to either of these Categories, it is difficult for a seat in a GMC. But on the
