It's difficult to secure a GMC seat with your marks, the reason being last year cut-off has been above 500 for your respective category against state quota, but you can try for private colleges through state counselling, there is also option of deemed university, cut-offs are subjective to change

If you belong to Kerala, you can only try under Management Quota seats of Karnataka Private Medical Colleges and even they are filled on the basis of NEET score through Counselling. In such cases, 314 becomes a less score. May be you can try for Management Quota of Deemed Universities.
