Your score 550 us quite good score but then too with UR Category you have good chance  to get seat in government college.

Neet 2019 cut off GMC , patiala  was 627 marks, for BDS in this college cut off for general category was 575.

With this score, getting seat in government college is very difficult.

To get seat in government college you must score 600+ for MBBS.

As cut off varies every year it is difficult to predict exactly about the seat.
