In 2019, under State Quota, a score of 534 marks secured a seat in Mysore Medical College under General Category. With a score of 581, you have fair chances for a seat in this College. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.

Although different Colleges have different cutoffs but giving a general view,you do have a chance in getting into a Government college.
