Dear aspirant,
It's hard to predict cutoff for a particular Institute. As per last year with the marks there could be possibility of getting IVRI. But as this year cutoff has drastically changed so it's quite unpredictable. But it can be said cutoff rank this year for IVRI should be less than 20000. So as per your rank it's quite difficult to get. Whatever there are several Institutions you can get a seat with your Rank. You can predict your college clicking on the link mentioned below: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor

Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. But based on the analysis of the experts, on the and going by previous years data, with this score you might get Management Quota in Private Dental Colleges. But you might have chances in BAMS course than BDS. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
