For a Candidate of OBC, you should score an aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology with an aggregate of 40%. Now there is no upper age limit and no cap on no.of attempts in appearing for NEET. So with an aggregate of 67%, you are eligible for NEET again.

I am sorry to say but Leggings are not allowed to wear for NEET 2019.

You can wear patiala with a kurti.
