There is a reservation for candidate's belonging to hilly areas in Maharashtra state qouta.
However the mentioned marks won't be able to get admission for mbbs program in government medical colleges in state qouta. You need to have 350+ marks to get merit listed in this category for

The qualifying marks for the NEET are 50 percentile for the Gen category and 40 Percentile for the Reserved Category which comes out to be 140 approx for the Gen category and a little less for the reserved category.

yes its definetly possible as yo have cleared the base cut off but with your marks it seems difficult to secure govt mbbs seat . please mention your state and category as you can try with better luck in state quota .
