It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors. As you mention with 345 marks and you are from RBA category you it is very difficult to get seat

Hi aspirant. As per NEET 2021 results, general category candidates need minimum 138 marks out of 720 to apply for medical colleges in India as well as abroad. As you have mentioned, your score is 134, which means you have not been able to score above the cut off marks

First of all you have to qualify NEET if you intend to pursue MBBS even abroad, and with 134 marks and belonging to general category you haven't qualified NEET, as per this year cut-off marks against respective categories as follows-

  • General/Unreserved :720-138 (corresponding to 50 percentile)
