Yes attendence sheet is compulsory checked by the computers in NEET exam.

They may not verify the details but surely they will check the attendance sheet of all the students who appeared for the NEET exam through the AI provided in the computer system

as you mentioned your neet score is 250 marks and you belong to sc category .

for government colleges you need to have around more than  400 . but for in your case sc category you have a chance to get a government colleges .
