Hi

No, there's no special quota/ reservation for those who have completed BSc physics for Neet examination. Actually your BSc physics or any other degree/graduation course is not even considered for deciding your eligibility for Neet examination .

So, even if you have completed BSc physics only your 12th qualification

To be eligible to appear for NEET UG you must have 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English with at least 50%( in case if you belong to general category), 45% (in case if you belong to OBC category) and 40% (if you belong to SC/ST/PWD) from a recognized board

As you said that you have completed your 12th in the year 2020 and you want to give neet in the year 2021. So you need not worry about anything as you are absolutely eligible to give the exam.
