First of all let me make you clear about the reservation quota for which you are going to benefited, so as you have mentioned that you belongs to PwD category and PwD category is reserved horizontally

Aspirant i can see that you belong to OBC category and candidate if you want to get seat in government college.As per the previous year cutoff 2020 for General category candidates is 40-50th percentile, while the marks you need to score are mostly  between 146-113.

No there are no changes made in the neet 2021 exam . Date of the exam is in 1st week of May 2021. It will be conducted in offline that pen paper mode. Also the eligibility criteria for the neet 2021 is same . And it will be conducted

The mega test series of careerorbits ncert is relevant and good but not enough as only solving test series not enough.I recommend you to try solving as much questions as possible from mock test papers and solve the previous year papers as well for better understanding of the concepts
