Hi,

As you are dropped, you will be giving NEET exam in 2021. You will be having a new score card and rank card for NEET 2021. So, certainly you need to register afresh and upload all the documents again for KEA counselling process for NEET 2021 entrance examination.

Neet 2021 syllabus will be released by National Testing Agency. It is expected that the official syllabus will be released in the first week of December 2020. The tentative dates regarding release of NEET application form by NTA is first week of December, it is generally conducted in the first sunday of May, so if NTA sticks to the usual schedule  then it will be conducted on 2nd May, 2021. but wait for the official notification
