Dear at 466 out of 720, it's different to get government MBBS collage seat in state as well as all india.
You can apply for private mbbs college.
You can apply for other options in which you can get government seats like BAMS, bhms etc.

You haven't mentioned your category, hence assuming it to be general, as from your profile it seems you belong to Maharashtra, going by last year cut-offs for UR under 85% state quota, chances for GMC or even private medical colleges is quite tough, as the cut-offs are way higher,

For admission in medical college you have to secure passing marks in the NEET exam. Since you have already secured 215 marks for the admission process the current year exam marks would be considered and not the previous ones. So if you are applying for the counselling process

NO you can not change your category once you filled it in any form and submit it, as for NEET also you cant not change the category and at the time of form filling if you choose OBC you have to fill the information about you category certificate
