Yeah...you can get it easily .For getting  BVSc seat through NEET  the cut off for SC category in case of Government college is 280+ and in case of private college it is 200+.

Since your mark is good enough I think you can get easily a free seat of  BVsc

Domicile criteria for Telangana-  If the candidate has studied in school college in the local area for a minimum period of four consecutive years. Or if they have resided in the local area for a minimum of four consecutive years immediately preceding the year they appeared for relevant qualifying examination.
