hello neet 2021 result are just out and i scored 568 Im from ews category which government college can i get ? are there any chances Ill get one?
Hi
Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Maharashtra
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then ,
>>>>> with 568 marks ,
Yes, you hold chances for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2020, 568 marks for ews category got an mbbs seat in Government Medical College, Chandrapur under Maharashtra state quota.
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra
You also have chances in following government medical colleges for MBBS under Maharashtra state quota:-
-
Government Medical College, Gondia
Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in which you have chances and

In NEET 2021 result sheet there are two ranks given.one is "neet air" and the other is "air for counselling" which one would be applicable for counselling registration for both state and all india?
Hope you are doing well.
So here is the answer to your query.
Both the ranks that is all india rank and counseling rank are same. They are written just because of same ranks given to candidates having same marks in Biology and then chemistry as age criteria has been removed now.

how I can predict my college based on NEET 2021 result
Hii,
Hope you are doing good.
NEET results include the following details:
- Name,
- subject-wise and total marks,
- percentile scores,
- AIR for 15% AIQ seats,
- cutoff score
You can predict your medical colleges using your rank by cross checking it with the previous year cut-offs for any college you want to apply.
Since, cut off varies every year depending upon certain factors, so it's a bit difficult but there will be not much difference so you just go through that.
Use your NEET rank in the predictor link and see:

And in case you need previous year cut-offs , I'm providing you with the link:
Hopefully this will be helpful.
BEST wishes ahead.
