First of all I would like to tell you that you can take admission in Private Medical Colleges in your Domicile state only which in your case is Uttar Pradesh.
Apart from Uttar Pradesh, you can take admission in fully private colleges of Karnataka, since it is an Open State for NEET Counseling.
----- With 540 Marks it will be very difficult for you to get into Government Medical Colleges in India and also your chances for Semi Government Colleges are also not that favorable.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every year during Counseling depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2022 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2022
According to previous year data for All India Quota, AIQ Counseling, last candidate from each category to get MBBS seat in Government Medical College after 2nd Round of Counseling (without availing any other quota based reservation) was as following -
• General Category - AIR 17,613 in Government Medical College, Krishnagiri
• GEN-PH - AIR 7,80,732 in GVMC, VILLUPURAM
• EWS Category - AIR 18,572 in Government Medical College,
Ramanathapuram
• EWS- PH - AIR 7,14,628 in Government Medical College, Ambikapur
• OBC Category - AIR 17,878 in Government medical College,
Namakkal
• OBC-PH - AIR 7,89,476 in Tomo Riba Institute Health and Medical Sciences, Naharlagun
• SC Category - AIR 93,407, in Government Medical College, Tiruppur
• SC-PH - AIR 8,95,033 in THOOTHUKUDI MEDICAL COLLEGE,THOOTHUKUDI
• ST Category - AIR 1,07,455 in Government Medical College, Virudhunagar
• ST-PH - AIR 9,21,531 in RIMS, Ongole
I hope you find the answer helpful.

Hi,
Due to high competition in neet for the past few years, I'm sorry to break it to you that this score of 300 won't be able to fetch you a government BAMS seat even though you belong to obc category.
But there may be a little chance for you if you belong of south India because States like karnataka, Tamil nadu, etc have a relatively lower cutoff.
You may apply for other medical related courses such as B.U.M.S or B.H.M.S
Or you may also go for either semi government or private BAMS college.
To know more about which college you can get, use this link provided https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp

Hi aspirant,
At this score, you are going to have a hard time finding a seat in a government medical college of Uttar Pradesh state. At this score you can expect your rank to be around 1.01-1.02 lakhs, as it was in NEET 2021. However, it may vary this year according to the cut-off this year, difficulty level of the exam, and the highest score. But it'll be more or less the same.
You can predict your rank using our rank predictor tool, link for which is provided below,
You can also predict your college using our college predictor tool. You can use the link provided below.
Now, talking about the closing ranks of the government colleges for Uttar Pradesh.
G.S.V.M, Kanpur 7944
B.R.D Medical college 10578
Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College 12049
Rani Durgavati Medical College 14065
Govt. Medical College, Kannauj 14583
Apart from these, the cutoff of the remaining medical colleges in your state remained quite high with last seats being allotted to candidates with rank around 11k-13k.
As you can see you have a hard luck fetching a seat in the government medical colleges of your state. You can opt for admission to private medical colleges of your state if your finances allow.
Hope this helps
All the best.

Choice of course and college is completely dependent on the candidate. All the courses are good in their own way. You should look for the courses in which you are interested and according to that you should look for the colleges. If you have not qualified in NEET for MBBS seat, you can always go other options. There are plenty of other options for BiPC but that is also dependent on various factors such as your marks, the category you belong to or the location where you want to get admission etc. Courses that can be done in BiPC includes :

Good luck!!
Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it to be general. If we go by the previous year's cut off, a general category student must score 620+ to get a seat in government medical colleges. So, you have no chance of getting a government medical seat.
However, you do have an excellent chance of getting a seat in the following deemed colleges. I am also mentioning their previous year's cut-off-
Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences- 216
ACS Medical College- 112
Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences- 179
Saveetha Medical College- 226
Santosh Medical College- 181
