Dear aspirant
You haven't mentioned your domicile state as your profile suggest you are from Rajasthan State hope this is your domicile state.
Rajasthan is quite a competitive state and due to large number of candidates cut off marks for neet always get high in the state counseling and it's even higher than AIQ counseling. You may have tough chance to get you govt MBBS seat in rajasthan state quota counseling although you have chances for payment seats (7.5 lakhs fee) in govt medical College of Rajasthan.
Although we compare to last year cut off marks in AIQ counseling then you are nearly same line as it was 597+ marks in stray vaccancy round counseling so as per now it's very hard to say anything confirm about govt MBBS seat. If your rank stays below 20k then you will have sure chances.
In AIQ counseling, you might get these colleges at your expected marks
ZORAM MEDICAL COLLEGE Falkawn
Government Medical College, Nilgiris
Government medical College, Namakkal
Government medical College,tiruppur
Government Medical College, Virudhunagar

Hello Ramesh,
NEET 2022 paper difficulty level was moderate this time. The same difficulty level was of previous year also i.e. NEET 2021.
If you look for NEET 2021 cut offs, it was approx 590 out of 720 for General Category in MCC AIQ Counselling. However you haven't mentioned your Category, then this marks will vary.
Coming back to NEET 2022 cut off, this year, as experts says that Biology was little towards tough side. So, cut off will decrease from last year, but not in between 400 to 500 definitely .
Expected cut off for NEET 2022 (General Category) :- 575 to 580

Hello, College allotment depends on the cutoff of Colleges. As the previous cutoffs are very high, Getting MBBS College at 430 Marks must be very difficult. Expected cutoffs for Gen or OBC Category is 550+ for government college. But since you have an ex-servicemen quota you might get a seat in a government college although not the top ones.
Hello aspirant
According to the previous year cut off, an OBC category candidate scored 539 marks to fetch a seat in government medical colleges in Tamil Nadu, which is your domicile state.
When we look at the cut off's of other states too, they go as stated under, for OBC category-
Maharashtra- 554
Punjab- 550
Madhya Pradesh- 545
West Bengal- 574
Rajasthan- 630
Uttar Pradesh- 597
Bihar- 606
So you can see you have very low chances of getting into a government college, or even securing government quota in private colleges. However, you do have chances of getting the following private and deemed colleges-
Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences, Varanasi- 397
Hind Medical College, Sitapur- 398
Muzzafarnagar Medical College- 398
BLDE University, Bijapur- 367

Hello
If you scored 250 marks in NEET enterance exam then I suggest you to go for BAMS course which is eligible for you, according to your marks scored in NEET-UG.
Because BAMS required 113 marks in NEET UG for General catagory and for ST/SC/OBC marks required is 86 marks.
So, You can easily go for a course in BAMS government colleges in which counseling procedure is done in 2 Catagories such as
1. All india Quota AIQ with 15% seats for reservation criteria students such as ST/SC/OBC which is more than unreserved students like General catagory
2. State Quota in which remaining 85% seats available which varies from state to state.
Here is the link which help you out to predict the colleges in India
