I am from an obc candidate from haryana with an expected neet 2022 score of 560 marks, will i be able to get a MBBS seat in government or a semi-government college?

Akansha Jha 24th Jul, 2022

Hi there,

Getting a govt seat would depend more on the rank you will be getting in NEET 2022. But going by previous year's data you may expect a MBBS seat in semi- government medical college.

You can predict your rank using the given link-

Im scoring 402 in NEET 2022 is there any chance of mbbs or govt bds or bams from sc category Maharashtra

Sanjana 25th Jul, 2022

Hey aspirant

Predicting College based on mark is difficult as cut off varies year by year. It depends on toughness of exam, number of candidates appeared, number of seats etc.  Coming to government medical colleges 440+ is considered as safe score for neet. This is based on previous year trend, changes may occur. Now coming to bds, you have a good chance of getting admission in government dental college with above mark. Hi Aspirant,

I hope you are doing good!!

Your score is 450 in neet which is good but to get admission in government medical colleges you  should have maximum score 520. As looking at previous year's cut off which was very high we can assume that this year's cut off will also be the same as previous years. With 450 marks you will get private medical colleges.

can i got bams in government college if i score 72 percentile in neet 2022 and if i m from OBC Ncl category???

Sanjana 25th Jul, 2022

Hey aspirant

predicting College  based on percentile  is difficult as cut off varies year by year. Cut off depends on various factors like toughness of exam, number of candidates appeared, number of seats available For 72 percentile chances of getting admission in government bams college is very low. You need to score minimum 450+ for bams.  For private bams colleges 300+ is minimum needed. my marks is 415 in neet 2022 can I get government bds college in maharashtra

Aakanksha 24th Jul, 2022
Hi aspirant
See, your score is quite low for admission to government dental colleges. Also, you have not stated your category so I cannot provide you with the precise information. To get an accurate answer you need to state your category. And by your question I assume Maharashtra state quota is applicable to you. So you are eligible for admission to Maharashtra state government colleges under the 85% state quota.
You can predict your rank using the following rank predictor. Use the link here:
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp
You can also predict your college using our college predictor. Go through the link below:
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
The All India Rank AIR for 415 marks in NEET 2021 was 1.8-1.9 lakhs.
With a rank like this the chances of your admission to government dental colleges are quite low.
You can consider enrolling yourself in courses like BAMS/BHMS/Veterinary Sciences/BSc Nursing etc.
You can also opt for admission to private dental colleges if your finances allow.

Hope this answers your query
