If you have marked/circled in the OMR sheet for those two answers and if they are wrong, then you will only lose 2 marks, which is one negative mark for each wrong answer. However, if you haven't ticked those wrong answers, you won't lose marks.

For a right answer, you get 4 marks, but for a wrong answer you lose 1 mark and if you don't attempt an answer, then there is no deduction. This is how marks are awarded in a NEET paper. For more information on exam pattern, check this link below:

Don't worry for this issue because there might be some technical fault or your network speed issue. Try to log out and then login again and if an issue persists then clear your browsing history and then reopen the portal and then login. Your issue will be resolved and if not then you have to contact to the technical team of NTA.

According to that you have to visit the official website.

After login you should click on the apply key challange.

After selecting the code of paper you can select the questions to be challanged. You can download the pdf mentioning the detailed procedure of challange answer key from tge news and events section of nta neet official website.

The heading of news is as "PUBLIC NOTICE NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG) - 2020 CHALLENGE OF ANSWER KEY"
