The last date to fill neet 2021 application form  was 10th August , 2021 upto 9:50 PM and the application form was released on 13th July 2021 at 5:00 pm.

So, now you cannot fill neet application form

Don't worry it is absolutely not mandatory to put your name and date on your photograph so you need not correct if submitted. However , it is mentioned in the information brochure of the neet that in your photograph the date should be on or after 01/01/21 .
