Yes, you need to upload the original documents in the aplication form of NEET 2021.  You will require the following documents for NEET 2021 application form:

  • passport size photograph
  • class 10th certificate/marksheet

In My Neet Application 2021 , when I viewed by uploaded documents ,my left thumb impression was totally blurred . I did not get any sms or mail from nta to change it . Should I change it or let it be. ??? Please someone reply me as soon as possible.

Hello Sir,

Yes of course you should change it because even if NTA has not mailed you regarding your blurred image of your thumb impression, this does not mean that it won't create any problem in future, it might create so you should change that image by yourself using NEET

If you don't have the passing certificate then you should make a affidavit mentioning after how much time you will be able to submit the required document, you should  also get in touch with the authority and inform them about the situation.
