Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as you are mentioning that you belong to O.B.C category in state but not in centre so you are advised to fill N.E.E.T application form from general as you belong to non O.B.C in central. But at the time of admission in state quota you can certainly use your state O.B.C certificate.

Yes of course you should change it because even if NTA has not mailed you regarding your blurred image of your thumb impression, this does not mean that it won't create any problem in future, it might create so you should change that image by yourself using NEET Correction window to avoid any future complication.
NEET Correction window will remain active till August 14th evening so make all the required corrections before the deadline.
You can follow the given steps to make correction in your uploaded images :-
** Visit the official site of NEET 2021and click on the button saying' Correction in NEET UG 2021 Application form'.
** Now login using his login credentials.
** Edit/delete/modify the details whichever required in NEET 2021 application form.
** After making corrections just click on 'Preview and Submit' and then preview the form if it does not require further modification then just submit it.
** Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and e-mail, just enter it and your correction will be submitted.
** Now take the print out of the NEET correction slip for future references.
Images should only be uploaded in the prescribed specifications as given below :-
-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),
-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),
-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),

If you don't have the passing certificate then you should make a affidavit mentioning after how much time you will be able to submit the required document, you should also get in touch with the authority and inform them about the situation.
you should always upload the correct document at the correct place, if you'll upload mark sheet in the column of certificate then there are chances that your application get rejected and then you have to re-submit everything.

The date for Neet 2021 application hasn't been announced yet but yes neet 2021 registration website has been launched by nta at neet.nta.nic.in ,so the application form is expected to be released soon. For the release of application form ,you need to keep an eye on its official website i. e ntaneet.nic.in. or alternately follow our page for updates ,the link for which is provided below
Once, the application form gets released you will be able to fill it in online mode at the official website of neet i. e ntaneet . nic . in and for that you need to go through 5 steps i. e
neet registration to generate your login credentials,
then fill the form,
and after that you need to go for uploading your documents,
then pay the application fee
And finally you should take the printout of confirmation page

It is necessary to make a second payment if the first one was not successful. The money that was deducted previously will be returned to the same account. While filling up the Neet application form its mandatory for the candidates to fill out all the information which the site has asked for which also includes class 12th roll number.
If you have any confusion to enter which roll number, it's best to enter the one for which you are going to appear in the examination. Even if you feel like you need to edit your documents before final submission the NTA provides a correction facility window for that as well.
