Yes, you can use the NEET correction window to modify your submitted photographs. NTA also sends you an email if there are any differences in your uploaded photograph in your application form. Most of the details submitted in the application form, such as category, exam medium, exam city preferences, gender, PwD status, qualifying exam marks, and state code of eligibility, can be edited during NEET form correction.
NTA is yet to announce the opening of the correction window as the last day of registration for NEET UG has been extended till 20th May 2022.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, for getting P.W.D certificate for form fillings and admissions one should fill the registration form on the website of The Ministry of Social Justice and Affairs, Department of the Empowerment of Person with Dissability(PwD) once you get registered then you will be called by the recognized hospital for medical tests. Based on the test they will approve the document.

As you mentioned that your application is submitted successfully, but you want to make some changes in your uploaded images.
Yes, you can change them once the correction period begins, details such as image correction, your uploaded documents can be changed during the correction period. Details such as your category and nationality can't be changed once filled.
Make sure to change the images before the correction period is over, because after the correction window gets closed, you won't be able to make any changes in your form.
You will be notified about the schedule of correction window on your registered mobile number and registered email id.

Hope you are doing well. No, you cannot use your handicapped certificate at the time of college counseling. You will be categorized under the unreserved category if you do not claim any other quota such as OBC, SC, or ST. By adding the handicapped certificate, you can claim relaxation in eligibility as well as you can avail reservation under the PWD category. According to the official notification of NEET-UG, a PWD candidate can get relaxation with minimum eligibility marks of 45%. No your form will not be rejected. Because AADHAR is not mandatory to get verified so even if you do not submit it then also you will be eligible and your application form will not be rejected.
