Hello Aspirant,
See for NEET UG cut-offs and examination there is no any ex-servicemen quota but this quota is to be applied during NEET UG counselling as per the norms of counselling authority. For NEET Ug there are only following reservation categories for which any candidate can apply if belonging to that category :-
>>>>> SC - 15%
>>>>> ST - 7.5%
>>>>> OBC-NCL - 27%
>>>>> GEN-EWS - 10%
But when you will apply for the state quota counselling then there you can get advantage of ex-servicemen quota if it is there in the norms of that particular state counselling authority.
You can check out complete details about NEET reservation criteria, kindly check out the link given below :-

No, it is alright there is no need to change it. The name that you have entered in NEET UG 2022 Application form is perfect and there are some prescribed format for different boards so in the board from where you had passed class 10th might have such format where surname is written before father's name, therefore it is written like that. So it is ok no need to worry for it or change it.
As now very few time is left for NEET UG 2022 so just gear up your preparation and now to gear it up you should solve some previous year papers and sample papers for NEET UG.
******* Practice previous year's question papers and sample papers as many as you can because it will enhance your self-confidence and time management skill

in neet conformation page i get aadhar not opted. In.. application form i have filled aadhar number.will there be any problem. will i submit one more application form.please reply
No you cannot do so, this is because in NEET UG 2022 application form one needs to upload the passing certificate of class 10th which is not issued online in DigiLocker and it is only to be received from school as a hard copy and in NEET application form you have to upload class 10th passing certificate not marksheet, if you don't have passing certificate then you can upload the marksheet issued in DigiLocker but at the time of admission you need to submit your original passing certificate.
So you have to upload the scanned image or PDF of class 10th passing certificate as per the prescribed format in NEET 2022 information bulletin :-
Hello aspirant,
YES, it will create some trouble at time of counselling if you will not have the original documents for verification during NEET Counsellling. So, to avoid that, you must need to have the original documents or certificates Before or on NEET Counselling dates.
Further, if you will submit the self-undertaking of your OBC category certificate, then normally, after 14 days you will get your OBC Certificate from the authorities. But, if you won't get it in proper time, then you can complain the authority.
I hope that this will help.
